When it came to form a New Year's Resolution this year, I decided to push my creativity and love of photography into a place where I could capture the innocence of human emotion and the beauty of natural environment. The purpose of this blog allows me a focus everyday whether it be, elegance, contrast, tranquility, or a hundred other qualities in what might be just an ordinary day. It should make for an extraordinary year.

Beautiful Wild Ginger
The heart shaped leaves of the wild ginger are beautifully lit by the sun. The term for this is called "painters light". The light brings out the shape, pattern and texture of the leaves. Pewaukee, WI
